We want all customers to be completely satisfied with their online purchases. If you wish to return an item(s), we will gladly accept any item(s) not on sale and not purchased on sale, returned within 20 days of your order purchase date.
In order to be eligible for a full refund, item(s) must be returned in original condition, with original proof of purchase, unwashed and unworn. All items are inspected upon arrival.

How to Return an Item:
· When an order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email that your package is in transit from our fulfillment center, Whiplash.
· In your confirmation email you will receive a link to request a return form.
· Once the return form is filled out and submitted to us, we will email you a return shipping label to print and affix to your package.
· You will need to arrange for a USPS pick up or you will need to drop off your return at a USPS facility.
· When the product has been received and undergoes the return inspection, you will receive an email notification of the status of your return.
· If after inspection item(s) are found to be damaged, washed, or worn, as determined by us, you will not receive a refund and you will receive an email notification that your return is not accepted for a refund.
· If the item(s) is not accepted for return, you will be given the option of having the item(s) shipped back to you upon payment of an additional return shipping fee.
Please allow 5 business days for returns to be processed.
We do not exchange product. If you want a different product, you must return your item(s), and place a new order.
